Data Collection and Use

TO REGISTER AND LINK SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS

In order to register and link the user’s social media accounts to the Services, it is necessary for the Company to collect certain personal information, which may include IP address, full user name, email, address, city, and other information that you provide upon connecting to the user’s social media accounts. We collect this information in order to establish identity when you land or connect to the Site or the application, to personalize your experience when you enter the application, to identify you with your enterprise’s account and other such information as pertinent to the Services.

USE OF THE INFORMATION COLLECTED

User contact information may be used by the Company in order to provide additional information about the Services and other product offers. You may unsubscribe to any such communications at any time by contacting privacy@sociabble.com.

The data collected (including personal information and activity information) will be used in connection with the Services provided by the Company. This includes, and without limitation:

(1)    The creation of your user profile

(2)    Monitoring of actions taken in the context of use of the Services

(3)    The creation of the user experience of the Services (such as sharing posts onto social network accounts, receiving points based on shares, forming internal teams (as some examples))

(4)    The aggregation of data on overall activity on the platform in the form of statistics to provide the overall site demographic information

Aggregate data, which contains non-personally identifiable information, may be used in order to provide an overview of the activity within the platform. This information may be available outside the platform, may be used by the Company to provide statistics on the platform and/or may be sold to third parties.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

To the extent that third parties may be used to provide a service related to the functioning of the Services to which this agreement pertains, those aforementioned third parties may be provided with data collected, including personal identifiable information, but only to the extent that they be required to perform that service and only in the case that there be a binding agreement between the Company and those third parties requiring the privacy and security of your data.

Cookies

Cookies are text files that are recorded on the user’s computer and that enable their use of the Site to be analyzed. The Company uses cookies to track users and their use of the Sociabble Site and Login Site. Users who do not wish to have cookies placed on their browsers must set this function on their browsers to block these cookies.

Declaration of Confidentiality Relative to the Use of Google Analytics

The Sociabble Site uses Google Analytics, a Google Inc. website analysis service (hereafter referred to as “Google”) that uses cookies. The information generated by cookies concerning use of the Site is generally transmitted and recorded on the Google server in the United States. In the event of activation of the anonymization of the IP address on the Site, the user’s IP address will be abbreviated beforehand by Google within Member States of the EU or other members of the EEC.

The user’s IP address will only be fully transmitted and abbreviated by Google in the United States in exceptional cases. Upon authorization by the Site operator, Google will use this information to assess the user’s use of the Site in order to generate reports on user activity and provide other services linked to use of the Site and the Internet for the Site operator. The IP address of the user’s browser transmitted in the context of Google Analytics is not linked to other Google data.

Users can prevent cookies being recorded by means of a setting on their browser. Declaration of Confidentiality Relative to the Use of Euclead

The Sociabble Site uses Euclead, a website analysis service that enables the Company to identify and learn more about unique visitors, optimize the user experience and tailor outbound communication according to users’ activity. This includes newsletters to which identified users may be subscribed. The cookies used by Euclead allow the Company to analyze how users discover the Site, as well as to understand user journeys on the Site and evaluate time spent on individual pages.

Nominative and non-nominative personal data regarding users on the Site, collected by Euclead, is used exclusively by the Company and is not shared with third parties, with the exception of the suppliers of Euclead, who are obliged to respect the confidentiality of information and only use it under strict instructions from the Company. The nominative and non-nominative information obtained concerns browser type, operating system and the domain name through which users arrive on the Site. The cookies used by Euclead are stored on users’ browsers for a period of twelve months.

The Company is committed to the privacy of its users, and the safety of users’ personal information.
