SaaS Customer Support Junior (H/F), Lyon, CDI


Your responsibilities:

  • Assist the international clients functionally, helping them understand the product and solve functional issues in collaboration with the R&D team
  • Identify needs in training, and lead future improvements and updates of the product
  • Run workshops with project owners
  • Build materials for customers in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager team

You like challenges and want to work in a constantly evolving environment. You have great learning and listening skills.
