Our proposal?  

 

Within the Marketing team, you will be responsible for all Social Media activity (organic and paid) as well as Paid Media as a whole (including Google AdwordsAdroll, Google Analytics, etc.). And this will include all markets (France, Europe, US/Canada, and APAC). 

You will work closely with the CEO, the creative team, and other members of the marketing team, to continue to develop company visibility and lead generation. 

 

Your profile?

 

This position is a great opportunity to implement best practices in Social Media and Paid Media, including the practice of industry benchmarking, as well capitalizing on the experience of the management team on the relevant topics. 

As part of your mission, you will be in charge of building and implementing the Paid Media strategy. This includes: 

  • Social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook
  • Paid media campaigns on Google AdWords and AdRoll
  • Email campaigns (Mailchimp, etc.)
  • The alignment of all these levers for maximizing results

 

You will follow the KPIs and produce associated reports, especially to analyze the performance of campaigns, lead conversion rates, and business generated. 

You will monitor the behavior of our target audiences to adapt the strategy as implemented. 

You will participate in the creation of our landings pages with the team for all marketing campaigns. 

You will implement A/B testing campaigns to improve the acquisition and conversion of our landing pages and ads. 

You will participate in the development of the editorial calendar and the strategic recommendations associated with it. 

You will take charge of the daily management of our community on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram): updating pages, creating posts, etc. 

You will work with the Marketing Team to create and distribute our marketing content (white papers, case studies, infographics, etc.). 

 

Is this position for you?

 

You are creative, versatile, and autonomous; you are also passionate about social networks, their evolution, and the world of Paid Media. 

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar social media function within a company or agency, ideally in a B2B and international context. You already have a good level of technical savvy on all the topics previously mentioned. 

  • Data driven with an analytical mind and the rigor needed to defineandtrack KPIs and optimize ROI. 
  • A Content-Creatorspirit, you are creative enough to propose content ideas adapted to social networks and campaigns, you like working with creative and editorial teams. 
  • You have curiosity and adaptability,to work in a very international and multicultural environment. 
  • Mastery of the following platforms/tools: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, AdRoll, Twitter, LinkedIn, email campaign managertools likeMailchimp. 

The use of English and French is mandatory for this position.
