On November 11, Sociabble and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) attended the closing ceremony of the 2025 Engage Awards, an event exclusively reserved for finalists. Being selected as finalists in the “Best Internal Communications Strategy” category highlights the relevance, effectiveness, and impact of the work carried out jointly by Sociabble and CCEP. Engage Awards: International recognition for excellence in engagement Celebrating their tenth edition, the Engage Awards have established themselves as one of the most highly regarded international programs dedicated to excellence in engagement. Judged by a panel of experts, these awards recognize organizations that successfully combine innovation, strategic vision, and measurable results to sustainably engage their audiences, both internally and externally. Achieving finalist status reflects a high level of rigor and excellence in the design and deployment of large-scale engagement strategies, particularly in international and multicultural environments. CCEP and Sociabble shortlisted CCEP was selected among the most innovative projects with its internal communications platform, Redline. Being shortlisted for the Engage Awards represents a major recognition. This distinction highlights the tangible impact of Redline on the employee experience and its ability to unite, engage, and empower 31,000 employees across 18 different countries. Redline stands out for its ability to transform and unify CCEP’s internal communications ecosystem. Designed with a “think global, act local” approach, Redline centralizes all internal communications while maintaining a strong local dimension. The Redline platform aims to: Centralize internal communications within a single, consistent hub. Make information accessible to all employees across 18 countries—from France and Ireland to Germany, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Australia, Papua New Guinea, and the Pacific Islands. Particular attention is given to the 70% of employees working in the field, who are often less connected to traditional communication channels. Highlight individual and collective contributions through a strong proportion of employee-generated content (UGC). The strength of Redline lies in its ability to combine global consistency with local adaptation. The platform delivers relevant information to each employee while fostering a strong sense of belonging to a unified organization.
