Data Collection and Use


In order to register and link the user’s social media accounts to the Services, it is necessary for the Company to collect certain personal information, which may include IP address, full user name, email, address, city, and other information that you provide upon connecting to the user’s social media accounts. We collect this information in order to establish identity when you land or connect to the Site or the application, to personalize your experience when you enter the application, to identify you with your enterprise’s account and other such information as pertinent to the Services.

Declaration of Confidentiality Relative to the Use of Google Analytics

The Sociabble Site uses Google Analytics, a Google Inc. website analysis service (hereafter referred to as “Google”) that uses cookies. The information generated by cookies concerning use of the Site is generally transmitted and recorded on the Google server in the United States. In the event of activation of the anonymization of the IP address on the Site, the user’s IP address will be abbreviated beforehand by Google within Member States of the EU or other members of the EEC.

The user’s IP address will only be fully transmitted and abbreviated by Google in the United States in exceptional cases. Upon authorization by the Site operator, Google will use this information to assess the user’s use of the Site in order to generate reports on user activity and provide other services linked to use of the Site and the Internet for the Site operator. The IP address of the user’s browser transmitted in the context of Google Analytics is not linked to other Google data.
