The ballots are in and the jury has decided. We are proud to announce that along with our partners Brainsonic, Microsoft House of Fans has brought home the Top Com Grand Prix in the Category of Marketing for “Relationship Marketing/B2B Advertising”!
Including this latest prize for the Microsoft fan engagement program, it has brought a total of four top prizes. Making this its second Top Com prize within 6 months.
Available on both the web and as a native mobile application, House of Fans is a private fan club that provides access to exclusive content. The latest Microsoft news, as well as quizzes, tips and tricks, videos, and interviews with Microsoft employees. House of Fans members can also create their own content (such as product feedback, advice, and ideas); which, after approval, is shareable by other users, and used on official brand channels. House of Fans has now become an engagement hub for Microsoft France. With 5 000 pieces of user-generated content (UGC) being submitted during the first three months, 400 000 engagement actions (likes and comments) on the platform, and over 15 000 external shares on social media; which all lead to an organic reach of three million audience touchpoints.
