Sociabble’s Sales Team offers customized strategies to meet specific customer requirements, while overcoming the complex challenges of the sales process.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are an expert in strategy. You work closely with the marketing, account executive, and pre-sales teams to identify, map, and approach key contacts in the market.
As the company’s first point of contact, you’ll ensure that the customer’s needs match our offer before handing over your prospects to the Account Executives. You will not be asked to make a specific number of cold calls per day, as your time is too valuable to be left to chance.
As an Account Executive (AE), you are the driving force behind long, complex sales cycles. You’ll navigate between contacts, their needs, their constraints, and their budgets, while orchestrating the actions to be taken and setting the pace, leading to a lasting collaboration.
You are a good active listener and understand the issues at stake for each stakeholder. You will work with SDR teams, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and other key players to achieve sales targets.
A longtime resident of the Pacific Northwest, Brendan studied History and French at the University of Oregon.
Prior to Sociabble, he worked as a Recruiter, which gave him a good base to transition into solution sales.
At Sociabble, he started as an individual contributor but has worked his way up the organization to the position of Regional Sales Director.
He leads a team of Account Executives who are focused on guiding and advising EMEA and North American prospects on the value of Employee Communications, Employee Engagement, Employee Advocacy, and Social Selling.
In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, frisbee, reading, cooking (especially SPICY foods), listening to podcasts (about anything from Sales Methodologies to Sports), and hanging out with his two cats.

She graduated from the University of Mumbai among the top 10 in the city, after which she did her Masters at Grenoble Ecole de Management in International Business.
Krusha joined Sociabble in 2016 in Paris, catering to the English-speaking European market for sales.
After this, she opened the Asia subsidiary in India in 2017 and has continued to grow it since, donning multiple hats over the years.
Krusha is a writer and a life coach in her free time, and when she isn’t doing that, she spends time with friends and family, travels, reads and dances!
A graduate of the Ecole Centrale Paris, Jean-Louis Bénard co-founded the digital agency FRA while he was still a student there—a company with more than 100 employees dedicated to the implementation of e-platforms such as Ooshop for Carrefour—which he then sold to Digitas in 2001.
In 2003, he created Brainsonic, one of the main independent digital agencies in Paris. In 2014, he founded Sociabble with his earlier business partner, Laurent Gauthier.
Jean-Louis is passionate about sports (skateboarding, windsurfing, trail running, and tennis), which he practices every chance he gets—in France and overseas!
Working at Sociabble is exciting! I have the opportunity to collaborate with a multitude of different contacts, in many countries and with companies of all sizes. This diversity is a real asset and presents the personal challenge of adapting to each situation. It’s incredibly stimulating. What’s more, my role also involves passing on feedback from prospects to the Sociabble teams, which fosters innovation and reinforces team spirit. Brendan Sales Director Sociabble
