Using the Sociabble Brand Advocacy Platform to Drive Social Selling and Social Recruitment
Cosmetics company Auriège generates a large portion of sales through 1,000 door-to-door Beauty Advisors based all over France.
In order to expand this network, amplify brand messages and create an online community of brand ambassadors, Auriège wanted to capitalize on the potential of social media and transform Beauty Advisors into social sellers.
In order to boost its presence on social media and create an online community of social sellers, Auriège has launched the Sociabble brand advocacy platform.
Sociabble aggregates all Auriège content, as well as third-party content that showcases the brand’s expertise, on a single interface. Beauty Advisors simply log onto the platform, and can share posts on their own social network accounts at the click of a button. In order to maximize adoption of the platform from the outset, a video presenting the key benefits of Sociabble was sent to all beauty advisors.
“Thanks to Sociabble, we are boosting our sales team’s presence on social media, which is what our strategy was missing up until now,” explains Jean-François Guinvarc’h, Director of Marketing at Auriège.
An increased presence on social media has allowed Auriège to expand its online community. By sharing pertinent content with their social media contacts, Beauty Advisors leverage the power of word of mouth to attract new customers, engage existing clients, and recruit new brand representatives. Sociabble has therefore enabled them to become social sellers and social recruiters.
The launch of a brand advocacy initiative is transforming the way Auriège and its network of Beauty Advisors do business, while the brand’s online visibility is being boosted further by a public version of the Sociabble platform: the Social Wall. Embedded on the Auriège website, the Social Wall makes it easy for all customers and fans to view and share the latest company content with their own social media connections.
